Gran Turismo 7 Launch

To be able to help guide the creative for the launch of one of the most influential games of my youth (not mention cause for several speeding tickets) was pure magic.

After a long hiatus, and approaching the major milestone of 25 years of exhilarating racing, our campaign would need to herald the return of the king, in a big way. To make a splash that would embrace both the new technology powering the game and the passionate culture at its core, we landed on the Find Your Line platform. It was inherently racing-centric in its origin, but also spoke to the worlds within the GT world: Racing, Tuning, Designing, Collecting, and Photographing.

Our core piece of creative centered around the new tech the PS5 enabled and the giant leap in immersion it offered. The notion was pretty simple: start with ‘Find Your Line’ and then Lose Yourself in the immersive experience.

The trailer moved away from simply touting the impressive tech powering the game and dug deeper into the underlying reasons people play – the different ‘lines’ in our Find Your Line campaign. From Collecting and Designing, to Racing and Tuning, there are many different motivators for our gamers, we sought to give each one its due.

We also had the incredible opportunity to work with some of the most influential folks in car culture, who we brought together for an intimate evening of talking cars, inspiration, and of course, Gran Turismo.
